Home / Women’s wellbeing
More than fitness.
Women’s bodies change throughout our lives — and the way we train should change with them.
Understanding the whole woman
From hormones and menopause to stress, energy levels, confidence and body changes, my approach is about understanding the whole woman, rather than simply focusing on a number on the scales.
So we look at all of it: how you train, how you eat, how you sleep, how you’re coping and how you feel in your own skin. Change one of those and the others start to move too.
Strong body. Calm mind. Better relationship with yourself.
Everything that makes you feel well
Strength
Personal training that builds real strength and confidence, at your pace, in a private studio.
Yoga & breath
Movement, mobility and breathwork to slow down, reset and give your mind some space.
Hormones & menopause
Training and nutrition that work with the changes of perimenopause and menopause, rather than against them.
Nutrition
Food that fuels you and fits your life, with no banned lists and no shakes.
Lifestyle
Sleep, stress, energy and routine — the small, steady changes that make everything else possible.
Wellbeing
Confidence and a better relationship with yourself. The part that lasts the longest.
I’m a coach, not a doctor — if something needs your GP, I’ll always say so.
Nutrition
Nourish your body. Don’t punish it.
Forget restrictive diets and the endless cycle of “being good” and “falling off the wagon.”
Nutrition support focused on helping you understand what your body needs, build healthier habits and create an approach you can actually maintain.
Simple. Realistic. Sustainable.
Nutrition support is part of personal training with me, and you can have a plan written for you online — see online coaching.
“It’s not a diet. It’s a lifestyle.”

Wellbeing is not “one size fits all”
Your body, your week, your history and your goals aren’t the same as anyone else’s — so your plan won’t be either. Everything starts with a proper conversation about you.
Let’s talk about what you need
No pressure and no contract. Tell me where you’re at and what you’d like to change, and we’ll work out the right way for you to start.
